We offer you a luxury ski holiday in Courchevel.
Grandes Alpes Courchevel 1850 is a stylish luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the famous Courchevel 1850 resort, in the heart of the Three Valleys ski area, undoubtedly the best ski area in the world.
The 9 apartments of 150 sqm to 300 sqm (the interior has been designed by the famous designer Jean-Marc Mouchet) include spacious living rooms with fireplaces, dining rooms with wine cellars, fully equipped kitchens and balconies overlooking the slopes. The apartments have 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Some include a hammam, jacuzzi and massage area. All 9 rooms have a modern and elegant style and are equipped with the latest technology: solid wood cut tables, natural stone panels, furs, fireplaces, wine cabinets and cosy living rooms – all are the basis of the Grandes Alpes “home away from home” concept.
Hotel guests can take advantage of individual chefs and butlers at any time of the day or night to order breakfast, lunch, family or gastronomic dinner with a tasting menu for themselves and their friends.
To coincide with the start of the ski season, on December 10, 2021, the hotel opened its signature restaurant by renowned Michelin 2-star chef Sylvester Vahid.
At Grandes Alpes, Sylvester Wahid is responsible for the entire menu, including:
– Private dinners by the chef for several people
– Sylvestre Wahid’s 20-seat restaurant
– gourmet sushi bar
– Room and suite service
At Sylvestre Wahid, the chef presented a tasting set menu of 15 of his best dishes, including such signature specialties as Roscoff crab and lemon and seaweed dessert. The author’s cuisine is based on the use of fresh, high-quality produce and a method of cooking without the addition of fat, salt or sugar.
The Bellini Lounge Bar offers daily apres-ski with exclusive Champagne Brut and Vintage 2008 Blanc de Blancs from the Barons of Rothschild, served in the finest crystal glasses.
Guests of Grandes Alpes do not need to worry about skiing equipment – the ski butler will take care of preparing everything you need. The hotel has ski storage rooms and a boutique of the world-famous Swiss handmade ski equipment manufacturer ZAl.
After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the hotel spa and revive facial and body treatments with Swiss luxury Bellefontaine cosmetics.
The privacy, spacious rooms, impeccable and discreet service, direct access to the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) and location in the heart of the most famous ski resort in the world (guests can walk to the station center, boutiques and restaurants) make a stay at Grandes Alpes such that it exceeds all expectations.
